These phrases can be used in various situations. It&#8217;s cool to use these phrases when you need a quick word.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">fat cat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The literal translation is &#8220;fat cat,&#8221; but it also means &#8220;rich person&#8221; or &#8220;influential person. It can also be used to refer to the bad rich people in movies, the so-called power and money wielders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;He must be a fat cat !&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He must be an influential person! This is used in the sense of &#8220;pouring rain&#8221; or &#8220;raining heavily. The climate in Japan has been changing quite a bit, and we sometimes get guerrilla downpours. At such times, a quick word of advice is needed.
